Returns & Shipping Policy – Preston Knight Ltd

1. Production & Delivery Times

• All garments are handmade to order.

• Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery from the date of purchase.

• We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Returns

• Because each garment is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • The garment is damaged on arrival, or

  • We have made an error in your order.

• Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@prestonknight.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

• Approved returns will be replaced or refunded.

3. Cancellations

• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

4. Colour & Finish

• Due to the artisan nature of our work, slight variations in colour and finish are part of the unique character of each piece.
